Consistent with our focus on empirical research and analysis, Knowledge Capital Partners is engaged in understanding how buyers and advisors assess and select tools and platforms for Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). We have developed a short proprietary survey to help us measure when and how buyers and advisors calculate the comparative Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) among the various offerings available in the marketplace.
